GridBank Powering Success in Oil and Gas Exploration and Development
I recently had the honor and great pleasure of participating in a panel discussion on entrepreneurship hosted by NEF, the New Entrepreneur Foundation at Google’s London offices. I was told afterwards by a number of attendees that what made the event so satisfying for them as my telling of the story of Tarmin, how I overcame adversity to develop world class technology with an extremely tight budget, achieving success where far larger more risk adverse companies could not. I also made a number of excellent connections which I am optimistic will be of value to Tarmin in the period ahead. It was an excellent event and I look forward to having similar opportunities in the future. Visit NEF

- The investment in spending on IT hardware, software, services, telecommunications and staff that could be considered the "infrastructure" of the digital universe and telecommunications will grow by 40% between 2012 and 2020 . . investment in targeted areas like storage management, security, big data, and cloud computing will grow considerably faster.
- The proportion of data in the digital universe that requires protection is growing faster than the digital universe itself
