Ed Segura and Moshe Dahan EVP

Tarmin, Inc. announced executive hires to fuel further growth of its technology platform.

The company is bolstering its team with the addition of COO, Neil Woodcock, EVP, Ed Segura and EVP, Moshe Dahan.

The appointment of the executives broadens Tarmin’s objectives to streamline operations, expand global sales and provide customer support services.

The caliber of Tarmin’s newly added executives follows a year of growth for its technologies, validating the market potential for data defined storage as an innovative breed of technology. IDC estimates that worldwide revenue for scale-out unstructured storage solutions, such as data defined storage, will exceed $34.6 billion in 2016.

Woodcock tarmin As COO, Woodcock brings a broad industry and sales leadership experience as well as expertise in telecom and media. A 28 year veteran of IBM, he will handle all Tarmin operations, overseeing infrastructure, streamlining processes and building an organizational culture aligned with growth objectives. He holds a degree in Engineering from the University of Leicester and management certifications from Henley College of Mnagement.

segura tarmon Segura, EVP of WW Sales, brings more than 20 years of technology focused consulting, sales and engineering experience. He will be responsible for all strategic planning and direction for global sales and business development, to meet Tarmin’s revenue growth objectives. Prior to joining Tarmin, he served as the WW sales executive in charge of XIV storage division at IBM, and held various leadership positions with EMC and HDS. He holds a B.S. in Mathematics, Computer Science and Business Administration from Washburn University.

dahan tarmin Tarmin’s EVP of technical sales and services, Dahan, brings more than 20 years of experience in storage, quality control and management. He will lead all customer-facing technical activities, building a world class support and services organization and contributing towards customer centric product management. He previously spent six years at IBM managing the worldwide storage solution engineering and IBM storage support business units, additional he held various positions at NetApp, Strauss Strategy, John Bryce Training Center and Sivan. He has a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science from Technion, Israel’s Institute of Technology.
